1. Definitions

"We", "us" and "Mavaroz" mean the seller named above. "You" means the customer. "Goods" means the garden buildings and products shown in our shop. These terms are for consumers buying for personal use.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By placing an order you accept these terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy.

3. Use of our website

You may use our website to browse and buy products for your own use. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.

4. Products and prices

We describe our buildings, their sizes, heights, materials and specifications as accurately as possible. Nominal sizes (for example 8 x 6 ft) are rounded; the exact external footprint and heights are listed on each product page. Weights are approximate. Timber is a natural material, so grain, knots and colour vary from board to board and from the photos. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total price you pay, with free UK delivery. If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before accepting the order.

5. Orders and how the contract is formed

Our display of products is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we accept your order by sending a dispatch confirmation. The order-acknowledgement e-mail is not an acceptance. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the delivery address is outside the UK; any payment taken is then refunded in full.

6. Payment and ownership

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. Title to the goods passes to you on receipt of payment in full; risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only, free of charge, by tracked pallet courier with kerbside delivery; a signature may be needed. Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (UK time). Processing takes 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday) and delivery 2 - 4 days (Monday to Friday). Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

8. Cancellation, returns and exchanges

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and in addition our voluntary 60-day returns policy. See our Refund and Returns Policy, which includes the model cancellation form.

9. Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If goods are faulty you have a 30-day short-term right to reject them for a full refund, and thereafter the right to a repair or replacement. Nothing in these terms affects these statutory rights.

10. Assembly, base and planning

Our buildings are supplied flat-packed for self-assembly following the instructions supplied. Please build on a firm, level base and with at least two adults, use a step ladder safely when fitting the roof, and keep children away from the work area. It is your responsibility to check whether planning permission or building regulations approval is needed for your location (for example for listed buildings, conservation areas or buildings close to a boundary). We do not offer an assembly or base-laying service.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website - text, photos, logos and design - belongs to Mavaroz or is used with permission and may not be copied without our written consent.

12. Data protection

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for business losses, as our products are sold for private use.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather or transport disruption. We will tell you as soon as possible and you may cancel an order that is seriously delayed for a full refund.

15. Third-party links and payment providers

Our website links to third-party services such as parcel tracking sites and Stripe payments. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

16. Complaints and disputes

Please contact our customer service first - we aim to answer every enquiry within 24 hours. We do not currently subscribe to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can get free advice from the Citizens Advice consumer helpline (0808 223 1133) or use the small claims track of the county court. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts and keep the protection of your local consumer law.

18. General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
